I’m Nancy Di Nino, and I know what it’s like to feel stuck. To train hard and not see results. To be told that after 40, your body slows down and strength fades. That’s a lie.


As a former competitor, I chased extreme training and diets, only to realize they weren’t built for women like us. When perimenopause hit, nothing worked—until I changed the game.
